they washed great, but unfortunately lots of sheets stuck together meaning we couldn't use those ones. I sent an email and the service could not have been any better. They apologised and immediately sent out a new pack which was perfect. I am genuinely surprised at the ease of use, quality of the clothes wash after using the wash and conditioner sheets. Very happy. Have reordered. I've been gradually changing over to chemical free where possible for 4 years now and I think dip is the best general cleaner I've found so far. Dip products are very easy to use and the Fabric Conditioner seems to work well. I don't find the laundry or the dishwasher strips to work very well. I even use more than is recommended. Most dishes get a quick rinse and some still come out a bit dirty. I also tried to cancel subscription and had errors and then forgot to try again so got sent more stuff

the concept and eco-friendly approach are great, particularly the bottle, cloth, and multipurpose cleaning sheets, which feel high quality and smell lovely. However, I was disappointed with the laundry sheets. They didn't effectively remove odours from sportswear and unfortunately caused some colour leaching on a 30-degree wash

The laundry and softer are ok, most of time even though we have the scented ones, clothing items don't really smell clean and aren't cleaning certain things clean that normal washing products would. I could keep using them but ideally they would be better. Dishwasher are next to useless

Excellent ethos. Laundry sheets perform as expected. Fabric conditioner sheets seem to make no impact on softness of garments/towels. Dishwasher cleaning sheets are a disappointment: ingrained tannin stains on mugs, cutlery dirty... Online account cannot be altered so have to contact customer service to make changes/cancel

Great ethics, branding and marketing, but the products don't get things clean enough. We've tried several boxes of the laundry sheets, most stains out, some remain, and lacking in scent (i.e, doesn't really smell clean). Dishwasher sheets, items still coming out dirty. Dip suggested doubling the sheets and kindly sent another box

The washing sheet and dishwasher sheet both are too foamy and have strong chemicals smell. My dishwasher actually used to work better before I used Dip sheets. It does not remove stains from utensils and leaves a strong unpleasant smell on utensils and cutleries. Requested refund!

Not only do the cleaning sheets not perform very well, average at best. The conditioner sheets don't give any noticeable scent at all... I also did not realise or want a recurring monthly subscription, and only found out when trying to track the charge and emails in the junk folder.

I like that this product is natural and toxin free so will continue to use it, however I was disappointed at the scent on the clothes after washing... The sheets clean lightly soiled clothing well but unfortunately the stain removing properties aren't so good on my outdoor, mud loving 8 year olds clothes!

Love that these sheets are so space-saving (as well as being better for our health)... So far, I've found that I have to use a whole sheet, and not one torn in half, for my 9kg loads in a hard-water area. Unfortunately, it makes laundry doubly as expensive as it otherwise might be

So I love the ethics of the company. The wash sheets are ok but for a freshen up load-they didn't get the stains out of white school uniform. The scent isn't strong at all but that's ok because of the benefits of using the sheets.

I actually took the time to read the ingredients of the fragrance free sheets and I was shocked to see 'Builder' and 'Fabric softener' on the back of the box. I have also seen on their list of ingredients that they have PVA which is a cause for concern as it enters the water courses as micro plastics.
Thanks for the feedback. The film is polyvinyl alcohol, and we name it on every ingredient list. It dissolves in water, and our laundry sheets are OECD 301B certified biodegradable. The packaging is recyclable card.
Sadly the laundry sheets just don't perform. Our laundry is fairly challenging, as we have 2 boys, a motocrosser and a lot of sports laundry!... I've now had to use 2 full sheets to get even half the cleaning performance of Fairy non bio that we were using before.

They smell beautiful as the dry sheets, but didn't have that same affect on the washing- says on the pack to used 3 sheets, I've had to use 4 of the detergent sheets and 4 of the fabric conditions sheets just to get the slightest hint of fresheness!

They smell lovely before you put them and that's why it gets two stars. After washing there is no scent, my clothes don't feel really clean and the stains don't come out at all.

Sorry Dip I really wanted to love these products but the laundry sheets just don't work on even the simplest of stains, i've tried double, i've tried hotter & longer washes & the fab con sheets add absolutely nothing at all to the wash, nothing comes out soft.

We used the laundry sheets and fabric softener sheets. The clothes just don't smell clean afterwards... once dried we had to rewash as the clothes smelt musty. Tried doubling the dose and still had the same outcome... My search for a non toxic laundry detergent continues.

Laundry sheets do not get whites clean, socks are still muddy, blood still on clothes and I have washed promptly just as I do with persil on a setting on my machine to help deal with blood. I wanted to love them but I'm disappointed.

This is the 2nd box I've received of the laundry sheets. They're all stuck together and peeling... They seem out of date or not stored correctly. Not managed to ever peel a sheet of to use. I've asked for a refund multiple times and keep getting sent new packs which I don't want. Customer service is really poor too!

Tea stains come up more than once here. We would rather you read that now than find out later.

The dishwasher sheets appear to work very well, they dissolve far better in our dishwasher compared to the finish platinum ones, which almost always have remnants in the tablet holder when finished. Works well most of the time but is terrible on tea and coffee mugs. There are always stains left even if the mugs are well rinsed before putting into the dishwasher. Melted cheese can also be left on plates and cutlery. I love the idea of plastic free dishwasher detergent. Service, speed of delivery, ease of purchasing and packaging was all great. Most of my dishes come out gleaming... but the product isn't great at shifting mild tea and coffee stains which is a bit disappointing.

I wasn't expecting the dishwasher strips to be like the chemical tablets I am trying to avoid, and it's great they are noticeably kinder to the environment and our bodies. However, an adjustment to our expectations needed. These strips will not leave your dishes sparkly, and some items will still be stained (tea mugs especially), though they do smell fresh.

Have been using the laundry and fabric conditioner sheets and have found them to be very good so will now be using them permanently as they are made from natural materials. Unfortunately the dishwasher sheets are not very good at all. Having tried them several times I find that they do no clean tea or coffee cups at all.

Washing machine detergent and fabric conditioner sheets work well but dishwasher sheets don't seem to work well at all . Posted using Evri who are just dreadful and take a week to deliver.

Unfortunately the dip sheets dis not clean all of my dishes (yea staining, porridge residue), even after trying different loading schemes and dishwasher programmes. That said, as a company Waredip are amazing. As soon as a raised my consent they offered me a a return lable and full refund. So I'd say it's worth giving them a go and see how you get on.

Have given three stars because there have been times that the dishwasher sheets worked well, and I really love the idea of having no chemicals to be concerned about. However, my dishwasher has had problems with the amount of suds the sheets produce, even with half a sheet, so the machine leaks all over the floor, having never done this previously... Dip refunded me for one box

I'm afraid I cannot rate the Dip dishwasher sheets well. They left tea stains in all my mugs and often there were bits of food on other things. My in-laws had the same experience. I love their eco ethos (hence 2 stars) but the product is simply not good enough.

I do love the brand ethos and was excited to use something new and innovative. However, sadly for me they didnt quite cut the mustard - my dishes didnt clean as well as they have with Smol products (I had given the dishwasher a clean inside and top up of rinse aid and salt prior to using)... always willing to give another shot

I am specifically looking for a plastic free product. The packaging is plastic free but the sheets contain PVA so no different to a large brand tablet. The cleaning power is awful. Tried all the dishwasher setting, 1 sheet, 2 sheets, in the dispenser out of the dispenser. Always leaves tea stains.
Thanks for the feedback. The film is polyvinyl alcohol, and we name it on every ingredient list. It dissolves in water, and our laundry sheets are OECD 301B certified biodegradable. The packaging is recyclable card.
I've been testing the various green/eco dishwashing products... I've used just one box, and even doubling up the sheets per wash, I've never had to do so much rewashing by hand. They can't handle tea stains, baked on food on ovenware and on most washes, food left on cutlery. Really disappointed.

Like the idea behind them but they simply do not wash the dishes. Mugs all come out still tea stained and even with using double the recommended amount (a full sheet) plates etc are not clean. Things like baking trays - no chance... Not much point in being 'green' if you have to run things through the dishwasher 3 times

I really wanted to love these as I am trying to reduce toxic chemicals in my home but unfortunately these dishwasher sheets did not clean very well. My mugs were left with tea stains and the cutlery was still dirty which meant I had to rewash! I even tried two halves of the sheets, one in the draw and one in the cutlery basket.

Some products I liked some I didn't. The all purpose cleaner is great but I couldn't get on with the washing detergent, fabric conditioner or the dishwasher sheets. Delivery was good and the prices were fair compared to other similar products but I've gone back to my usual brand.

The laundry detergent sheets, so far, seem to have worked well but I'm underwhelmed with the fabric conditioner sheets. They smell lovely in the packet but this doesn't transfer to the laundry... I will persevere, as I've only recently started using the products and I would love to get away from chemicals. But be warned, some compromises need to be made.

The laundry detergent sheets seemed to do a good job of cleaning staines. The problem was the smell. I could put up with the detergent sheets as it could be covered up with a nice conditioner scent. However, when I used dip fabric conditioner, my clothes smelled of spilt beer. I couldn't handle it. Ditched the lot.

Extremely disappointing, I used laundry sheets and fabric softener sheets on a very small load with one item having a small stain on. Stain wasn't removed and no scent on the clothes. I waited for the clothes to dry but they don't smell fresh.

I first used the Washing and conditioner sheets, normal load so half a sheet in washing machine and folded the conditioner sheet into the drawer. The washing didn't not smell clean after the wash and the conditioner had not dissolved. Used the dishwasher sheet again stuff not clean.

The dishwasher sheets are terrible, residue left on pans and plates... the same for the counter spray, works ok but can't handle tough residue or oil and leave no fresh scent. Trying to cancel my subscription is also really difficult
